I hope that after understanding this, you can purchase products with peace of mind and have a better fitness experience.

1. Product transportation

  • Shipping Hsinchu Logistics: Delivery to your home
  • Shipping time is from Monday to Friday, and the shipping operation takes about 2-3 days (excluding holidays and national holidays). There is a possibility of delay depending on the order volume.
  • Shipping fee: If the order amount exceeds NT$1,000 at the Byzoom Fitness online store, you will enjoy free shipping (if the order is less than $1,000, an additional shipping fee of $150 will be charged).
    If you need to ship to overseas areas, please contact customer service personnel.

2. Return/Exchange Instructions

  • In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, all Byzoom Fitness products are entitled to a seven-day product appreciation period (including holidays) after consumers sign for the products.
  • If the product is defective, an exchange of the same product will be accepted, and the return shipping fee will be borne by Byzoom Fitness. If you find any problem with the product after receiving it, please immediately take a photo of the defective area and notify Byzoom Fitness customer service staff.

  • If a return or exchange is required due to personal reasons such as size mismatch, etc., the consumer will have to bear the return shipping costs.
    The seven-day appreciation period is not a product trial period. After the product has been opened and used, it cannot be returned unless the product itself is defective. The provisions of the aforementioned consumer protection law do not apply to the following circumstances:
    (a) Returned goods must keep the integrity and cleanliness of the goods, gifts, elevators, outer packaging plastic bags, and all accompanying documents, information and accessories. If a physical invoice (paper) has been issued and obtained, it must be Return together with invoice; returns will be processed at the discretion of inspectors. In serious cases, the company may refuse returns and refunds.
    (b) Due to hygiene considerations, yoga-related products cannot be returned once the packaging is opened. If the package of the item is obviously creased or dirty during the unpacking process, it will not be returned.
    (c) If the product has already been released or has been processed on the product, it is not the same as the Byzoom Fitness product when it was shipped, and cannot be returned.
    (e) If you receive a free gift when you spend the full amount or receive an event gift, please return it together with the product when returning the product. Returns will not be possible if the gift is not returned.
    (f) If the website is marked with [No return service provided], the opened special sale, limited edition, lucky bag combination.
    (g) If the customer service staff is not notified of the need to return the product after the seven-day appreciation period has passed; or if the customer service staff has been notified of the need to return the product, but the product is not returned to the supermarket within the time limit, or if the home delivery operator cannot be contacted and the product has not been received, the product will not be returned.
  • After Byzoom Fitness receives the returned merchandise and confirms that the return is complete, if the refund account information is correct, the refund will be made to the designated account within 7-15 working days.
  • Product warranty: One-year product warranty is provided under normal use.
  • Product insurance: Byzoom Fitness’s entire range of products has been insured with RMB 30 million product liability insurance.
